Stow Minster was voted in top five tourist attractions in West Lindsey by the general public in the Pride of Place Awards.
It is amazing that this building is so greatly loved within the Community and thanks must go to all who work so hard to keep the place open to the public during daytime hours.
Come and join us in 2009
As the building of St Mary's is so convenient for an excellent local inn and the nearby village of Sturton, it does make a most pleasant day's excursion, particularly when combined with the most hidden gem of Lincolnshire, the Restoration Church of St Edith's Coates. This is hidden in a working farm and can be found a mile or so away, off the Ingham Road from Stow.
